Do you need your dress sooner than the usual 15-20 production days? With our Express Service, you can receive your order within a shorter timeframe, tailored to your event date. When you add this service to your cart, simply indicate your event date in the Order Notes field in the cart section, and we'll prioritize your order. Shipping information

Shipping

  • National shipments (mainland Spain) are free and are delivered within an estimated time of 24 to 72 hours .

  • Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside of Spain has a cost that depends on the destination (calculated automatically when placing the order) and a delivery time of 5 to 10 business days .

  • Any additional customs fees or taxes will vary depending on the country and will be borne by the customer.


Returns

  • You can request a return for your order online within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Returns are not accepted on accessories (bags, shawls, capes) or products made to measure or in special colors.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached.

  • It is not permitted to purchase multiple items of the same style for the purpose of trying on colors or lengths and returning them. Our dresses are made one by one to order; we are not a fast-fashion brand.

  • In the case of a defective item, you must report it within the first 48 hours of receipt.


How to make a return?

  • You can return your order free of charge to our physical store:
    Calle Laforja 79, Barcelona (Monday to Friday from 5pm to 8:30pm).

If the purchase was made in a physical store, the refund will be issued in the form of a voucher with no expiration date.

For returns from outside Spain, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the package, less the return shipping costs.


Changes

  • If you want to change the size or model and it is available, we will process the change immediately.

  • If it is not available, you will have to wait for the usual production process (15-20 business days) or hire our express service .

  • Exchanges nationwide follow the same procedure as a return, requiring a new purchase with the desired product.


Defective or damaged product

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects or damage, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address it appropriately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval and issue a refund using your original payment method, less shipping costs if applicable.
Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to reflect the payment.
